Founder & CEO
Jake grew up in his father's dental office — literally pouring stone models at age 13 before working chairside fitting sleep appliances and assisting with procedures. That hands-on clinical background is what makes his digital strategy so effective. He founded Practice Lead Connector to give healthcare practices the same growth tools that large health systems rely on, and leads the company's vision and product direction.
Josh Spencer
Co-Founder & CFO
Josh started in Facebook advertising for dental practices in 2017 and has since worked chairside at a leading sleep apnea and TMJ clinic. That dual perspective — inside the practice and behind the marketing dashboard — gives him a rare ability to craft campaigns that resonate with real patients. As Co-Founder and CFO, he oversees financial strategy and has presented at AADSM and other national dental conferences.
